From the trenches of Somalia to the trauma bays of Kandahar, Captain Adam J. Webb, CD (Retired), has lived the kind of experiences most people only read about. Now, he brings those stories, and the lessons they taught him, to audiences across Canada and beyond.

Drawing on a thirty year career that spanned nearly every role in the Canadian Armed Forces, from infantryman to combat medic to nursing officer, Adam speaks candidly about resilience, leadership under pressure, and what it really means to serve. His talks blend humour, honesty, and hard won insight, leaving audiences with a deeper understanding of the military experience and the human spirit that carries people through it.

Adam is no stranger to the podium. During his deployment to the South Pacific aboard the USS Pearl Harbor, he organized the ship’s Canada Day celebration and addressed more than 800 members of the crew, an experience that speaks to his ability to bring people together and command a room, whatever the audience.
